West Blocton Middle School’s Motto: Successful education is a collaboration between parents and teachers.

The West Blocton Middle School staff would like to have a partnership with our parents and guardians to ensure that our students are making adequate learning progress. You will receive your child’s report card and an ACAP report on October 17, 2023. We encourage you to have a conversation with your child about his/her report card. We sent home a Parent-Student Report Card Conference Form for you to complete with your child. This form should be signed and sent back to school with your child on Thursday, October 19, 2023.

The ACAP is the standardized test given by the State Of Alabama at the end of each school year. The score report you received today was from the end of the last school year. Likewise, I would like for you to have a conversation with your child about his/her ACAP Report. Level 4 is the best score you can make.

Middle School Baseball Tryouts:

The Middle School Baseball tryouts are this Saturday (October 21st)  from 9:30-12:30 p.m. The 7th and 8th graders need to wear white shirts. Mr. Davis at West Blocton High School is the contact person.
