My name is Holly Pate and I am excited to serve Bibb County Schools as one of the school social workers. I obtained my Bachelors and Master's degrees in Social Work from the University of Alabama and have four years of experience working with children in a variety of settings. I believe social work is so much more than what we do at the office. It’s about building relationships and advocating for vulnerable communities with hopes of creating social change. I help children....Their bullies, parents, friends, social workers, relatives, and teachers, whatever it takes to make them feel safe in their world! It has been, and continues to be, the single most important part of my job to build trust and help my clients believe in themselves so they can move forward and lead the healthy and happy lives they deserve.

I will serve the south end of our district and am housed in Centreville Middle School.
