Before and After School Program 

Woodstock Elementary School is pleased to invite you to participate in our Before and/or After School Program. Structured activities will be provided for your child in the areas of homework assistance, academics, enrichment, recreation, and snack. Special activities will be scheduled throughout the year including music, arts and crafts, technology, exercise, holiday celebrations, etc.

This year our program will only be allowing a limited number of students to participate. Anyone over that number will be put on a waitlist and allowed to join as openings become available. If one student is accepted, their registered siblings will be accepted as well. Our previous students that have a $0 balance will be accepted first, and then all other students will be added on a first come first serve basis. Any student with a balance from last year will not be allowed to register until their balance is paid in full.

Program begins: 1st Day of School

Hours of Operation:

     Before School 7:00 am- until students are dismissed for regular school day.

     After School 3:00 pm – 6:00 pm (a late fee of $2 per minute will be charged after program hours.)

Program Cost:

A one-time registration fee of $25.00 per child is charged each school year. Daily program costs are determined by your child’s lunch eligibility. All student accounts are required to be prepaid by the 5th of each month. Students with outstanding balances will not be allowed to continue to participate in the program. Your child will be charged for the entire month regardless of how many days they attend.

If your child is to be a car rider on certain days, it must be documented in writing with a parent note sent to your child’s teacher. Parents are responsible for making sure their child’s teacher and our program staff know in advance where their child is to go each afternoon.
