How to make the ID: flat sides, hump back, several pairs of legs, resemble large fleas. Its Color: white, brown, gray. How it reproduces: eggs are held in a sac until they hatch. Metamorphosis: None It is food for: fish Its food: Scavengers, eat plants and animals. Indicator: Varies in its tolerance to pollution; it is sometimes found in moderately polluted water, some species are very sensitive to pollution, not usually found in severely polluted water. Size: up to 1/2 inch.
