Meet our Principal

WELCOME!!!
		I am Karen Peak, principal of Randolph Elementary School. I am married to Glenn Peak, Jr. and we have two children. They are Hannah and Seth. Hannah recently completed coursework toward becoming a Dental Hygienist. Seth is a senior at BCHS. He is on the drum line in the band where he plays the snare. He enjoys riding motorcycles and races motocross every time he gets a chance! We live in Brent, Alabama with our adopted poodle, Annabelle. We attend Centreville Baptist Church.
		I attended the University of Alabama where I received a BS degree in Elementary Education, a Master's degree in Elementary Education, and Master's level certification in administration and instructional leadership. I have worked for the Bibb County School System for the past twenty-six years, two of which I worked "on loan" to the State Department of Education as a Special Services Teacher with Federal Programs.
		I enjoy being the principal at RES and I take great pride in being here. The teachers here are a very special group of people. There is never a doubt when you walk in the front door that the children come first. I hope you will make it a priority to visit your child's school this year to see for yourself.
