About the Teacher…

Being a native of Bibb County has always added to the joy and pride I have in teaching here at Bibb County High School. I have taught at Bibb County High School for 28 years (wow...I must be getting old) and I am a highly qualified teacher in Business Education. Currently I am teaching Business Technology Essentials and Computer Tech Information Systems Innovations.

 

I received a BS in Business Education at the University of Montevallo, Math Certification at the University of Alabama, and a MA in Secondary Education at the University of Montevallo.

 

I am happily married to Richard Beam and have 3 children in college (Brett—20, Jenna—21, and Rachel—22). Family, church, and friends are a very important part of my life.
